Sound is a source of energy that can be harnessed to bring about inner stillness, balance of the body via the chakras and also for an experience of deep relaxation; sound can also be a good introduction into meditation allowing people who have never meditated or who struggle to sit in meditation an opportunity to slip into deep peace and stillness.
Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments, voice and more to improve our well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are aligned. A sound bath triggers your relaxation response which reduces symptoms of chronic stress and helps to balance your whole being.
Sound baths are delivered using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, voice and more, both during a one-on-one sound healing session or sound bath.
I offer sound baths for individuals, couples, mother and child, I have a reclining chair for anyone who would find lying down on a floor mattress for an hour too difficult.
We commence by discussing what your intentions are the for the session, we ensure you are comfortable and start with deep gentle breathwork. The session includes tuning forks to remove physical pain if it is present in specific areas of the body.
The session includes Tibetan bowls for healing and spiritual alignment, crystal bows tuned to the chakras, shamanic drumming, voice, gongs, and other instruments to create a flow of beautiful sounds and healing frequencies. I hold your intentions in my heart and imbue them through the flow of musical frequencies.
If you have a lot of physical pain I also have a grounding bracelet which you can wear and which connects you with the 432Hz frequencies of earth. This frequency assists the human body with rapid healing.
