Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments, voice and more to improve our well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are aligned. A sound bath triggers your relaxation response which reduces symptoms of chronic stress and helps to balance your whole being.
Each month our sound baths will incorporate the moon phases as additional energy to support the depth of release, intention, and personal creation for the unfolding month.
A round of chanting and a short heart congruence meditation are on offer after the soundbath.
